Obituary for Johnny Dee Thomas

Johnny Thomas of Manassas, Virginia went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the age of 87. Johnny was born on March 17, 1929 in Old Hickory, Tennessee and resided in Prince William County for over 49 years.

Johnny is preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne E., his daughter, Connie R., his son, Terry J. and his grandson, Kyle Seth.

He is survived by his son, Keith, (Sharon); his five grandsons, two of which reside in Virginia, Justin, (Sarah) and Noah, (Jessica); and four great-grandchildren.

He retired from the United States Navy after 20 years and continued his service at the Department of Veterans Affairs until fully retiring.

A private graveside service will be held on December 5, 2016.
